The Stem Cells
Adult stem cells function in the human body to regenerate damaged tissues through multipotent differentiation capability and restore tissue homeostasis through the secretion of growth factors, cytokines, and other proteins.
Our stem cell cultures consist of undifferentiated mesenchymal stem cells (that grow attached to the bottom of a cell culture flask) and our patented, highly specialized, liquid growth media.
The Growth Factors
Powered by our proprietary cell culture process, each mesenchymal stem cell secretes the various growth factors, cytokines, and proteins into the liquid media throughout the culture period, creating the conditioned media we call Wonderstem®.
The culture media containing the biologically active cellular components is collected regularly, leaving the adherent stem cells attached to the flask behind. Fresh media is then provided to the cells and the process repeats.
The proteins present in Wonderstem® have been shown to promote the regeneration of damaged tissue and promote the synthesis of elastin, collagen, and hyaluronic acid (HA).

Collagen
Any of a group of fibrous proteins that occur in vertebrates as the chief constituent of connective tissue fibrils and in bones and yield gelatin and glue upon boiling with water
Cytokines
Any of a class of immunoregulatory proteins (such as interleukin or interferon) that are secreted by cells especially of the immune system

Elastin
A protein that is similar to collagen and is the chief constituent of elastic fibers
